Go to Minecraft Forge to download the mod loader that same as the Minecraft version you wish to mod. Minecraft We recommend that you choose the installer-win (or installer in the event that your operating system is not supported). It is easier to use.

Part 2 2. Install Mod Loader. NOTE Before installing the Mod Loader ensure that you have the correct Minecraft version installed on your computer.

1. Start the installer to begin installing. Click the Install Client button, then click OK.

2. The installer will begin by patching the version files, and downloading any libraries downloaded from the internet.

Note : If you are using a cracked launcher, it is high possibility that the installation process will fail. This tutorial will help you solve the issue.

3. When you launch the Minecraft launcher, you will see there is another profiles called Forge is added to your profile list. You can delete the profile and then use your own profile and choose the Forge version manually.

Optional: You can remove the Forge profile, and change the version name to whatever you'd like However, this will require some extra skills which I won't go into here.

Part 3: Install Mod 1. Open the .minecraft folder within your AppData and check whether there's a folder called mods. If you don’t see it, make one.

2. Google for some mods! I'm currently testing this Minimap mod. Make sure to download the corresponding version of mod, or else it won't work!

Note: Before installing any mod, make sure you have read the description as well as the requirements and assistance!

3. Cut/Copy and paste the mod (Usually in .jar file) into the mods folder in .minecraft.

Part 4 - Loading mod into game Start the Forge Minecraft Version. You will be presented with this screen. The screen should display the number of mods that were installed plus 3 if the installation was done correctly.

NOTE 1 : If you install multiple mods at the same time You may find that it is incompatible with other mods. Always check their mod pages for any incompatible mod list. NOTE 2 : It is recommended to install mods one by one to see which one can cause problems in the game. This makes it easier to fix mod issues.
