Short answer No, No mater what you do it will cost you money.

The cost of the server and how it is spent can vary depending on what you need. There are generally two options if the server is to run 24/7 and you don’t want to use your PC.

A server you rent on a host can cost anywhere from a few dollars per day to as high as 10 to 15 dollars per per month. This is the cheapest, but it will be more expensive in the end. system32

You can buy a small computer, such as a raspberry Pi, and set it all up yourself. This will set you back between 80-100 bucks and require you to manually set it up. After that, there should be no additional cost. (Hardware may break, but let's not worry about that for now.

You can also use the wired connection to increase lag and stability if you plan to continue running it from your computer. This will add cost to your computer and take some time to set up.
