Creating your own customized modpack could be a daunting activity. If you're not accustomed to the method, we'd closely recommend you consider using one of the pre-constructed packs obtainable via the Twitch (Curse) launcher, or the ATLauncher. We've got many of these out there for set up through One Click on Installer, and will also be comfortable to put in some other packs that present server recordsdata - just send us a message!

Starting with Forge

All modpacks start with Forge. You can set up Forge itself like a modpack, by deciding on it from the One Click on Installer web page. It’s usually suggested to choose the best-numbered construct amongst these advised by your mods’ authors. If you’re utilizing an older version of Minecraft, go along with the latest Forge construct.

Creating and Importing

After you have a version of Forge that can work with your mods, you can move your mods and configurations into their correct positions among the many server recordsdata. Create a folder known as mods (if one doesn't already exist) in the same location as the forge and minecraft_server files and the libraries folder. Upload your whole mods into this (probably new) mods folder. Just open the File Manager and click on Upload File. On your computer’s file browser, choose all the things that you simply want to upload and drag it into the upload field in File Supervisor.

Configs, and so on.

You might even have customized configuration recordsdata to go along with your selection of mods. You'll be able to add them to your modpack by copying them into a folder referred to as config at the identical location because the mods folder. You'll likely need to create the config folder when you have your individual config information; it isn’t created for you unless you run the server program. THE SWISS ROCKETMAN
